Day 1 _Genesis
Today I start a 66-day journey scanning thru the Bible and highlighting my favorite passages. I invite all to follow me on this fruitful adventure - you might even get a peep on my favorite photos:)
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;...So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:1, 26a, 27)
Question: Who was God talking to when He said Us and Our?
Answer: Angels cannot create life so God could only be talking to His Triune Self-Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
Question: Did God make a mistake in creating some as male and some as female?
Answer: God cannot make mistakes because He is perfect, otherwise He cannot be God. Therefore, it is people who claim that God made mistakes who are in error.
